Platform supports young people aged 16- 18 years old living in the Blue Mountains and Nepean, who are homeless and or experiencing family breakdown with short term accommodation.

The program provides wrap around case management support, information & advice, supported referrals, living skills development, assistance with obtaining and or maintaining education &/or employment, with the aim to return home where possible or move to other alternative housing at the end of the program.
