Platform provides support to young people aged 12- 25year within the Blue Mountains, Nepean and Hawkesbury.
Where financial assistance is required, Platform will investigate all options accessible to support the young person, including EAPA vouchers for utility bills, food hampers, and other emergencies support agencies. Platform has limited funds to support young people in emergencies such as education, employment and housing needs related to their case plans.
