Pathways Housing

Pathways housing provides young people aged 16- 24 years with stable accommodation for up to 12 months, where they can work on their educational or employment aspirations, whilst working with Platform on securing longer term accommodation options.
Similar to our transitional model the pathways programs does not require the young person to have already established the education and employment, instead it is the willingness to work on these gaols as part of the program.
