Tenancy Support

In partnership with Link Wentworth Housing, Platform provides tenancy support and assistance to young people aged 17-24 years who are at risk of homelessness, eviction, and tenancy related issues.

Platform case workers provide young people with support, advocacy with real estates to maintain and sustain tenancies, referral access to Housing NSW Financial support to sustain tenancies, financial advised and support and support young people to transfer from one tenancy to another or accessing the rental market with support.
